Q: How do I know the demister pad on the Baylis is on?

A: Both the lights and demister pad on the Baylis are activated by the motion sensor. The mirror surface will heat gently and the glass demist.

Q: Where do I purchase replacement LED’s for my Baylis?

A: Pebble Grey offer a 5 year parts warranty for the Baylis and LED’s are covered under this guarantee. LED’s are extremely long lasting however if they do fail we will replace free of charge within the guarantee period. LED strips are easy replaceable and the mirror does not have to be removed from the wall.

Q: Which courier will be delivering my Baylis?

A: We use Parcel Force to deliver our items and have found them to be extremely reliable.

Q: What happens if I’m out when Parcel Force deliver my Baylis?

A: In most cases our courier will try to deliver again later the same day. However if this fails they will attempt delivery the next day.

Q: Do I need to check for any damage to my Baylis on delivery?

A: Yes please check for transit damage on receipt of your item and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
