Questions and Answers

Q: Is the demister on the Eris low on energy?

A: Yes, there is no need to worry about leaving the demister pad constantly active. Our illuminated and LED mirrors and cabinets are uniquely manufactured and designed using energy saving components to maintain a low running cost

Q: Where is the Sensor located on the Eris?

A: The sensor switch is located on the bottom underneath the mirror. Please refer to the mirror technical drawing to check the position.

Q: What should I use to clean the mirror glass?

A: The mirror should be cleaned using only clean warm water and a soft lint-free cloth. Do not use cleaners that contain solutions of ammonia, vinegar or chlorine, powdered cleansers or steel wool. Never spray cleaning agent directly on the mirror especially on exposed edges and mirror backing. Apply cleaner to soft cloth and wipe mirror, drying thoroughly. A well ventilated bathroom is important.

Q: Will I require any specific tools when installing the Eris?

A: We would recommend that you consult a qualified electrician to assist with installing your item. All items are supplied with fitting instructions.

Q: Will the lights on the Eris turn off after a certain time of being activated?

A: No, the LEDs need to be turned off manually using the infra red sensor switch.
