Questions and Answers

Q: Does the demiser pad only work when the lights are activated?

A: No, the Demister Pad on most Pebble Grey mirrors works independently of all the other components. It is activated by a rocker switch usually located on the right hand side of your mirror. Please check the technical drawing for the exact location. On some designs both the lights and demister pad are activated by the motion sensor.

Q: Is installation of the Tesino an easy procedure?

A: The Tesino is easy to install and comes with a step by step installation guide. However if you do not feel confident to install the mirror, we would strongly recommend that you employ the services of a qualified electrician.

Q: Should I check the item straight away for any signs of damage?

A: Yes, please check for transit damage on receipt of your item and contact us within 7 days. Late reports of transit damage cannot be compensated for.

Q: What is the procedure if I receive a damaged item?

A: Our items are fragile and although we take great care to package the items very securely occasionally items are damaged during transit. All items should be checked immediately on receipt and any damage notified to us within 7 days by contacting our Customer Service Team by telephone or email. We will aim to resolve any issue with a damaged item as soon as possible.

Q: How do I return an unsuitable item?

A: We allow a period of 14 days from delivery for you to change your mind and confirm to us that you wish to return your item. All goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and we recommend that you use a postal service that insures the value of the goods you are returning.
