Q: Does the back of the cabinet sit flush to the wall or is there space to run a cable behind the cabinet?
A: The back of the cabinet has been designed to sit flush to the wall. There is a cable entry point on the right hand side, so your cable should feed directly from the wall straight in to the cabinet, with no wires visible.
Q: Can I have delivery on a Saturday or a specific day?
A: Yes, simply specify your required delivery date on your order or for Saturday delivery please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Q: If I don’t like the Rowan can I return it for a full refund?
A: Yes, but please do not install the cabinet. The return product must be complete, unused and in “as new” condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product) It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
Q: What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
A: Our items are fragile and although we take great care to package the items very securely occasionally items are damaged during transit. All items should be checked immediately on receipt and any damage notified to us within 7 days by contacting our Customer Service Team by telephone or email. We will aim to resolve any issue with a damaged item as soon as possible.
Q: Can this cabinet be recessed in to a wall?
A: None of our cabinets have been designed specifically to be recessed in to a wall. However, if you wire the cabinet to your main bathroom lighting circuit, so that the cabinet lights turn on/off with your main bathroom light, then it will be possible to partially recess the cabinet. If partially recessing your cabinet, it will not be possible to use the sensor switch to activate the lights.
