Installation
Installation of your illuminated mirror or LED mirror is clean and easy to follow. Full fitting instructions are included in each of our products.
- Decide on the required position of the bathroom mirror, beware of water pipes, joists and electric cables.
- Lie the illuminated mirror on a flat smooth surface with the front glass panel facing upwards.
- Remove the four screws, along with the metal and white spacer from the back box using a Phillips screwdriver.
- Carefully lift the front glass panel off and position it onto a flat soft surface to avoid scratching the glass.
- Pierce the small protective IP rated rubber grommet – this is to isolate and trap any steam produced and to ensure maximum safety use.
- Ensure that mains power supply is off.
- Insert a 3-core 1.75mm cable through the pierced hole in the protective cover and thread the cable through from behind the back box into the technical power supply unit.
- Using the four screws provided, mount the metal back box of the mirror to the wall and secure tightly.
- Using a flat bladed screwdriver, connect to the mains supply using the terminal block supplied as follows:
a) Blue – Neutral (terminal marked N)
b) Brown – Live (terminal marked L)
c) Green/Yellow – Earth Terminal - The demister pad is installed within the mirror to the back of the mirror glass. Simply attach the labelled male and female connectors together to activate the demister pad.
- Attack the front panel safely to the metal white casing mounted to the wall.
- Securely tightly using the four screws, including metal and white spacer.
If with Sensor:
The Pebble Grey innovative sensor needs to be placed in the metal casing safely. To activate, simply swipe hand before the sensor on the front panel of the mirror glass, to turn off simply move hand across the touch sensor slowly. The touch sensor is positioned neatly behind the eye-catching Pebble Grey mirror, meaning during production we do not drill through the front panel mirror glass.
If with Shaver Socket:
The Pebble Grey shaver socket is pre-installed and therefore requires no installation assistance, it is built into the left hand side of the illuminated mirror, emphasising the ease of use.
If with Demister Pad:
The demister pad is pre-installed within the illuminated mirror to the back of the mirror glass. To activate, simply attach the labelled male and female connectors together.

How do I install the mirror?
A full installation guide is included in all mirrors purchased and specific installation guides are available at Installation Support. However, a brief summary of the installation guide is as follows. The process is simple, clean and easy to follow but the mirror must be installed by a qualified electrician. To install, remove the back panel of the mirror by removing the side fix screws and rubber washers. Then, carefully pierce a small hole in the rubber grommet (this is to trap moisture to meet IP44 standards). Thread the cable through the grommet and fix the back panel to the wall using the screws and plugs supplied. Then simply follow the wiring instructions, and if included in the mirror connect the demister pad. Attach the front panel safely to the metal white casing mounted on the wall and securely tightly using the screws provided.
