Q: Can I use rechargeable batteries in my Aster LED Battery Mirror?
A: Yes, rechargeable batteries can be used across all our battery operated LED mirrors.
Q: How do the lights work on the Aster LED Battery Mirror?
A: The LEDs are activated by a rocker switch on the side of the unit.
Q: Where is the battery compartment located?
A: The battery compartment is located inside of the mirror. To gain access to this, you will need to remove the mirror glass by undoing the screws on each side of the mirror. Once the mirror glass has been removed, you will have access to the battery compartment and will be able to install/remove batteries.
Q: If I order before 3pm on Tuesday, when will I receive my Aster Mirrror?
A: Order before 3pm on Monday – Thursday and you will receive your order the next working day. Orders received before 3pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you have arranged a Saturday delivery with us. Saturday deliveries are an additional costing. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Q: How often will I have to change the batteries in the Aster Battery Mirror?
A: According to previous tests, based on average bathroom usage, batteries within the unit will last around 6 months before running out.
