Q: What happens if I'm not home when the Iris is delivered?
A: Our courier will try to deliver again later that same day. However if this fails they will attempt delivery the next working day.
Q: Where is the battery compartment located?
A: The battery compartment is located inside of the mirror. To gain access to this, you will need to remove the mirror glass by undoing the screws on each side of the mirror. Once the mirror glass has been removed, you will have access to the battery compartment and will be able to install/remove batteries.
