Q: What happens if my mirror develops a fault?
A: We offer a parts warranty and manufacturers guarantee with all of our mirrors. It is very rare that faults are reported to us, however if you do experience a problem, please call or e-mail our Customer Service Team who will indentify the fault for you and arrange for the required replacement part to be sent.
Q: My mirror arrived damaged - what happens now?
A: We do ask that all items are checked within 7 days of delivery for any damages. If you discover your item has been damaged whilst in transit, please notify our Customer Service Team. We may require an image of the damage before we can arrange for a replacement item to be sent.
Q: What delivery times do your courier offer?
A: Our courier partner is Parcel Force. They offer a delivery service any week day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 07:30am and 17:30pm
Q: Does the item require a signature on delivery?
A: Yes, the item does need to be signed for at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable when Parcel Force attempt delivery, they may either leave the item with a neighbour, or in a safe place.
Q: How quickly can delivery take place?
A: If you place an order before 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday, your order can be despatched on our free, next day delivery service. Any orders received before 2:00pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Any orders received after 2:00pm Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
