Q: The Bluetooth feature has stopped working – what should I do?
A: We would recommend disconnecting power to the mirror at the fuse box for several minutes. Once power to the mirror is re-connected, this resets the digital receiver and the Bluetooth feature should be in full working order. If the problem does persist, please call our customer services team and we will be happy to investigate the matter further.
Q: Does the cabinet have a demister pad?
A: No – due to the slimness of the doors, the cabinet does not have a demister pad.
Q: Does the Nevada have a manual switch for the lights?
A: The cabinet lights are activated by an infra-red sensor switch. Simply wave your hand underneath the sensor switch, within the 5cm detection rage, and this will turn the lights on. To turn the lights off, simply wave your hand underneath the sensor switch again. We do recommend leaving a space of at least 15cm between the sensor switch and any adjacent object/surface as any obstructions can prevent the sensor switch from working to its full ability.
Q: How is the Bluetooth activated?
A: Once you have connected your device to the cabinet per the installation instructions, you will be able to use the Bluetooth feature whenever the cabinet lights have been activated by the sensor switch. You will hear a ‘beep’ when the lights are turned on which indicates the cabinet is connected to the Bluetooth on your paired device.
Q: Can this cabinet be recessed in to a wall?
A: None of our cabinets have been designed specifically to be recessed in to a wall. However, if you wire the cabinet to your main bathroom lighting circuit, so that the cabinet lights turn on/off with your main bathroom light, then it will be possible to partially recess the cabinet. If partially recessing your cabinet, it will not be possible to use the sensor switch to activate the lights.
