Q: Will the mirror illuminate when I walk in to the room?
A: No. The sensor switch needs to be activated with a hand movement and again to deactivate. There is no timer on the LEDs.
Q: The Bluetooth feature has stopped working – what should I do?
A: We would recommend disconnecting power to the mirror at the fuse box for several minutes. Once power to the mirror is re-connected, this resets the digital receiver and the Bluetooth feature should be in full working order. If the problem does persist, please call our customer services team and we will be happy to investigate the matter further.
Q: How is the clock programmed?
A: The clock is set by using the remote control.
Q: How do I know that the demister pad is working?
A: The demister should be switched on 5-10 minutes before showering/bathing. The demister pad will create a gentle heat on the mirror glass, preventing it from steaming up. The heat generated is so slight that you may not be able to tell by touch.
Q: Does the mirror have inbuilt speakers?
A: Yes. The mirror includes 2 x 5W waterproof speakers.
