Q: Should I employ a tradesperson to help install my RENO Mirror?
A: Many of our customers are happy to install their own RENO mirror. However this is your decision, if you do not feel confident to install the mirror we would strongly recommend that you employ the services of a qualified electrician
Q: Can the item be connected to a plug?
A: Yes, the item can be connected to a standard 13amp plug. to function.
Q: Do I have to use all the features on the RENO MIrror all at once?
A: No, each individual feature has a separate switch/socket so the feature can be used as individual entity or collectively if you require more than one function.
Q: Where do I purchase replacement LED’s for the RENO Mirror?
A: At Pebble Grey we offer a 10 year parts warranty and LED’s are covered under this guarantee. LED’s are extremely long lasting however if they do fail we will replace free of charge within the guarantee period. LED strips are easy replaceable and the mirror does not have to be removed from the wall.
Q: What happens if my item is damaged in transit?
A: Damages with our items are rare, however if this does occur, we ask that this is reported to our team within 7 days of receipt, regardless of installation or project time frames, to enable of team to deal with as swiftly a possible. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
