Q: Where is the battery compartment located?
A: The battery compartment is located inside of the mirror. To gain access to this, you will need to remove the mirror glass by undoing the screws on each side of the mirror. Once the mirror glass has been removed, you will have access to the battery compartment and will be able to install/remove batteries.
Q: Can the battery mirrors with rocker switches be rotated?
A: Yes – our battery mirrors with rocker switches can be rotated if you wish to hang the mirror in the opposite orientation! The location of the rocker switch will depend on which way the mirror has been hung.
Q: How many batteries does the Rhea LED Mirror need?
A: All our battery mirrors require 8 AA batteries to function.
Q: How do I clean the Rhea after installation?
A: You can clean the Rhea Mirror with a clean warm water and a lint free cloth. We do not advise that chemical based cleaning agents or sprays are used as this can affect the glass, edges and coating on the mirror back.
Q: How do I get replacement LEDs for the Rhea if they fail?
A: Please notify our team of any issues with the LEDS in the unit. We will request an image to show the problem in most cases and can normally supply a set of replacement LEDs to rectify the problem.
