How can I track my order?

Upon placing an order with Pebble Grey, you will receive a series of emails, once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a consignment number by email which will allow you to track the status of your order online.
When can I expect my mirror to arrive?
We offer an extensive range of delivery options, whereby you can specify a time to suit your daily commitments. Depending on your delivery option selected, if ordered before 1pm, you can expect your order to be dispatched same day for delivery (depending on the delivery option selected will depend on when you will recieve the item).Pebble Grey use a trustworthy and reliable courier service, and are dedicated to fulfilling our customers every requirement and satisfying your every need.
How can I return the mirror?
The mirror can be returned but claims must be notified in writing to Pebble Grey within seven days of receipt, otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted. In the event of a problem with any of our products, we will arrange for the collection and rectify or replace defects/faulty items. There is a 25% restocking and handling charge on goods that are returned to cover administration and inspection charges in reprocessing products back into stock.
The mirror was damaged when it was delivered?
In the unlikely event of this being an issue due to our anti-smash protective packaging. But, always inspect your items fully upon arrival for visible transit damage before signing for them, as ‘NOT CHECKED’ signing is not acceptable. You will need to notify Pebble Grey in writing within seven days of receipt, otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted.
The product has been delivered while I was not at home?
As we email you the consignment number immediately after dispatch of your product, in the unlikely event of the delivery being unsuccessfully, the courier will leave a note stating the date and time of the attempted delivery. It will also include details of the next delivery attempt, please note this is free of charge and will often be conducted the following day. However, if you already know you are unavailable for delivery on the second attempt time stated, it is advisable to contact the delivery company directly as it may be possible to arrange a time that suits you. If the second attempt is still unsuccessful, the courier will contact you personally by telephone and your good(s) will remain at your local depot where it will be available for collection. In the absence of the collection of the mirror from your local depot within 3 days, the mirror will be returned to Pebble grey. Then, if non-delivered parcels need to be re-dispatched from Pebble Grey, please note an additional delivery charge will apply.
I have ordered a mirror which was out of stock?
In the unlikely event of a product being out a stock, you will be notified of the estimated dispatch date of your goods. On arrival of your goods, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible without delay.
The lamp was smashed on delivery?
In the unlikely event of a smashed lamp during delivery, you will need to notify Pebble Grey within seven days and if available and where appropriate we will dispatch a new lamp, after seven days responsibility cannot be accepted. Please always inspect your items fully upon arrival for visible transit damage before signing for them, as ‘NOT CHECKED’ signing is not acceptable.
