Getting your new mirror to you quickly and safely is of the utmost importance.
We offer FREE delivery within 5 working days (Mon-Fri) with DPD, or for those customers who can’t wait that long, we offer a guaranteed next day delivery service (Mon-Fri) for the low cost of £6.60.
DPD are a well-established courier company, delivering daily across the entire of the UK mainland. Like Pebble Grey, DPD are adamant to get your delivery to you as quickly and as safely as possibly.

Terms
We are so confident and proud of our products that we offer an extensive 3 year guarantee on faults for all of our LED mirrors and a 1 year guarantee on faults for all of our Illuminated mirrors.
Our customers drive our business and therefore we highly value our feedback and any comments or suggestions you may have. Therefore, if you were not satisfied with the service provided, we ask that prior to leaving any feedback; you contact us so we can review the issue and ensure that we have taken every possible step to resolve any concerns.
Returns
We offer a 100% money back guarantee for any reason within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the product, providing the product is returned to us by you, in its original, re-saleable condition, this includes the wrapping and specialist packaging for each product. Refunds and exchanges do not include your postage cost.

In the very rare case of replacements, we will arrange a collection of the product and upon receiving it back to us we are required to inspect and fully test each product in question before we promptly send out your replacement to you.
We request that deliveries are fully checked upon receipt for damages or defects, regardless of the date of installation of the product, as late reports of in transit damages or defects can not be compensated for.
Upon any damages or defects being reported within the 7 days of receiving the product (photographs may be requested), we will instantly make the arrangements to have the damaged item collected from you and a new replacement delivered or where more appropriate the damaged part replaced.
Any goods that are reported as faulty within the guarantee period will be replaced upon safe return to us of the item in question. We withhold the right to test all returns before a replacement is sent out.
