How many years will my product be guaranteed for?
Every product sold from Pebble Grey carries a 12 month guarantee as standard.
Extended product guarantees
In fact, we’re so confident in the quality of the items we sell, we’re happy to offer an extended guarantee of up to 10 years on the majority of our mirrors and cabinets FREE OF CHARGE.
Should you purchase one of our Bathroom Lighting products you will still be able to extend your guarantee FREE OF CHARGE, but it will only be for an additional 12 months giving you 2 years in total.
In addition to your Guarantee we give all customers a 12 month Guarantee on mirror glass; this guarantee is specific only to deterioration and excludes the following:
We will only accept claims for items that are proven to be a result of deterioration through no fault of the customer. You will be required to provide photographic evidence and provide details of ventilation and cleaning products used.
What to do once you’ve ordered
Once you've completed your order, all you have to do to activate your free extended guarantee is complete a quick and easy online registration form.
Complete the online form (it'll take no longer than 2 minutes) and submit to activate the cover. You'll have 30 days in which to do this.
We'll confirm your cover by email, giving you all your details should you ever need to contact us during the guarantee period.
If you've received your products over 31 days ago, but still haven't received your registration email, please contact us.
What your extended guarantee covers
All electrical components that reside in your chosen item.
What Doesn’t my extended guarantee cover?
Any defect that may arise from fair wear and tear, wilful damage; negligence; failure to follow the Company's instructions; modification of the goods; failure as a result of poor cleaning and/or maintenance; damage caused during return transit to the Company; incorrect repair of the Goods.
Electrical or electronic components: damage caused by exposure to high voltages; static damage; damage caused by the mishandling of components; repairs made by an unqualified person.
Any failure or defect of the Goods which was apparent upon receipt of by the Customer which has not been notified to the Company within the allocated timeframe.
Any direct or indirect liability, (loss of profit, goodwill or otherwise) loss, injury or damage that arise through any such failure or defect.
How long does my extended guarantee last?
Your extended guarantee, once activated, is valid from the day your product was delivered to you.
For example, a 10 year guarantee for a product delivered on Friday 11th May 2018, will expire at midnight on Wednesday 10th May 2028.
All items undergo rigorous testing by our own quality control team and are only released for sale when we’re 100% satisfied.
