Do my billing address and delivery address need to be the same?
No, we recognise that it is important for you to receive your item when and where it is most convenient for you. On our checkout page there is an option for you to enter a different delivery address, for example a work address for your convenience.
If the Cypress is not suitable for me, can I return it to you?
We allow a period of 14 days from delivery for you to change your mind and confirm to us that you wish to return your item. All goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and we recommend that you use a postal service that insures the value of the goods you are returning.
What is the procedure if I receive the incorrect item?
In the unlikely event that an item has been dispatched incorrectly, please contact our Customer Service Team by telephone or email. We aim to resolve the issue with a response within 1 hour.
Will the Cypress Cabinet arrive fully assembled?
Yes, the Cypress is fully assembled inside the packaging.
Would you advise I check the Cypress Cabinet for any damage before installation?
Yes, we do ask that all items are checked for any defects or damage within 7 days of delivery. If you find your item is damaged in any way, we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you free of charge.
Do I need an electrician to install the Cypress?
As you do not require any mains connections in order to install the Cypress, you will not need to employ an electrician to install the cabinet for you.
