If I receive a damaged item, what is your replacement procedure?
Once you have notified us of a damaged item (please note we may require photographic evidence) a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you. In some cases we may need to collect the damaged item from you before a replacement can be sent, although on most occasions a replacement part or new item is immediately dispatched.
Can I exchange to another item if the product I have ordered is unsuitable?
You can exchange any item within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item please call or email our Customer Service Team. Items returned for exchange need to be received in a resaleable condition and complete with full original packaging. Return postage costs are at your expense and are not refundable.
Do you offer Worldwide delivery?
We do offer delivery to many international destinations. If you would like an item to be delivered internationally, please contact our Customer Service Team who should be able to provide you with a shipping quote.
Will you notify me when my order has been despatched?
Yes, we will send you e-mail notification, which will also contain your Parcel Force tracking number so that you can track the progress of delivery.
Does the cabinet come fully assembled?
Yes the cabinet is fully assembled on arrival, all that's left to do is install your new cabinet in your bathroom!
