We offer next working day delivery on orders placed by 3pm. For larger orders, delivery via pallet courier is typically within 1-2 working days.

You may return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us of your intention to return the goods and arrange for the return through your chosen courier. For more details, visit our returns page.

Any damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may be rejected.

Trade orders are covered by a full warranty. Illuminated products are covered for 10 years (unless stated otherwise), and lighting and ventilation products are covered for 5 years. We do accept bespoke orders, with a minimum order quantity of 30 units. A deposit may be required, which is non-refundable once the order is placed. Lead time for bespoke orders is typically 12-16 weeks. Please contact us for more information.
