Product Safety
The safety of our customers is our priority. All Pebble Grey mirrors, cabinets, and lighting products are designed and tested to the relevant UK and European safety standards before sale.
Our certifications and standards
Our LED mirrors and illuminated cabinets meet the following safety requirements:
- IP44 ingress protection rating minimum — suitable for bathroom Zones 1 and 2
- CE and UKCA marked — conforming to relevant UK product safety regulations
- BS EN 60598 — luminaires safety standard
- BS EN 61347 — lamp control gear safety standard
- Shaver sockets comply with BS EN 61558 and conform to British Standards
- Low voltage LED drivers meet relevant EN safety standards
Safe installation
All wired Pebble Grey LED mirrors and cabinets must be installed by a qualified electrician registered under Part P of the Building Regulations 2010. Do not attempt to install wired electrical products yourself unless you are a competent Part P registered electrician. Incorrect installation may create a safety hazard and will void the product guarantee.
Battery-operated products should be installed in accordance with the installation guide supplied. Do not expose rechargeable batteries to extreme heat or attempt to dismantle them.
