What we offer

We offer FREE next day delivery to any customer residing within the UK mainland and provide you with tracking details (sent directly to you via text when your goods leaves our warehouse) that will allow you track the location of your order on its journey to you.

For all other addresses including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scilly Islands a delivery charge may apply. The charge will range from £14.99 - £29.99, and we show when you go through to checkout.

Deliveries to U.K Mainland

  1.     Free Next working Day (Monday toFriday) – UK mainland only
  2.     Free Nominated Day (Monday to Friday) – UK mainland only

This applies only to orders placed before 3pm Monday – Thursday and 2pm on Fridays (Conditions apply)


Deliveries to Scottish Highlands

  1. Free 1-2 working Day (Monday to Friday)– Scottish Highlands only

This applies only to orders placed before 3pm Monday – Thursday and 2pm on Fridays (conditions apply)


Deliveries to Northern Ireland

  1. Free 2-3 working Day (Monday to Friday)– Northern Ireland only


Pallet deliveries

For orders that contain a large quantity of items we offer a pallet service that will ensure the safety of your goods. This delivery service is subject to a nominal charge.

  1.  Delivery time will be 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) - UK mainland and Scottish Highlands only
  2.  Delivery time will be up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday) – Northern Island and Channel Islands only
  3.  This service is currently unavailable for Scilly Islands.

Specialist Courier

A complimentary service is offered by Pebble Grey which helps protect large and heavy items in transit to you. This service is completely free but the delivery can take up to 10 working days to arrive. The courier will liaise with you personally to specify what date/time the order will arrive with you, should you have any questions about this service or what items are specific to this service please feel free to call us – 01977 522021.


Breakages process

All our items are of a fragile nature which is why we package all our items professionally with heavy duty boxes and padded foam to help securely transport your item(s). Should your item(s) arrive with any broken parts, signs of damage or manufacturing faults you must report this to us within 30 days from the date the item was received so we can claim. If you tell us about breakages after this time we cannot warrant the claim.
