Expert Advice

Frequently Asked Questions

The Savannah and Savannah Curve come in 400mm x 600mm, 500mm x 700mm, 600mm x 800mm and 1200mm x 600mm. The Savannah Pill-Shaped is 500mm x 800mm, the Savannah Pebble is 550mm x 800mm, and the Savannah Round is 600mm diameter.

The LEDs sit behind the mirror and shine out around its edge, giving a soft glow on the wall rather than a hard border of light. The Savannah's light switches between cool, natural and warm white and is dimmable, using a touch sensor on the front of the mirror.

No. A built-in demister pad keeps the glass clear after a hot shower. The Savannah is IP44 rated with anti-rust protection, so it's suitable for bathroom Zone 2 and beyond.

Yes. The Savannah runs on the mains supply, so it must be connected by a qualified electrician, and our guarantee requires this. It hangs on a cleat bracket, and the Savannah and Savannah Curve can hang portrait or landscape.

Every Savannah mirror comes with a free 10-year guarantee when you register it online within 30 days of purchase. If you don't register, it's covered for 12 months as standard. See our guarantee page for full details.

Yes. The rectangular, curved, pill-shaped and pebble Savannah can all hang portrait or landscape. The round Savannah looks the same either way.

Between about 2.9kg (400mm x 600mm) and 7.5kg (1200mm x 600mm). It hangs on a French cleat bracket, which makes it easy to level. Fixings for solid walls are included; for plasterboard, use fixings rated for its weight.

About 29mm deep, so it sits close to the wall and the light glows out from behind the glass onto the wall.

With the touch sensor on the glass. The same sensor changes the light colour, and the demister switches on with the lights.

It's packed in protective cardboard and sent by courier. Check it as soon as it arrives, before fitting. If anything is damaged, report it within 30 days through our Returns Centre with photos and we'll put it right. Don't fit a damaged mirror.
