Delivery

Free next day delivery on orders over £80 (or £5.99 on orders below that). Orders placed before 3pm Mon–Fri are dispatched same day. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly: 1–5 working days. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days via our Returns Centre.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return unwanted items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all fixings included. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is damaged or faulty. Do not install the item before deciding to return it - we cannot issue a refund once installed. Refunds processed within 5–7 working days of receipt.

The Tannon (500mm x 700mm) is mains powered with a motion sensor and demister pad. The Tannon Plus (500mm x 700mm) adds a built-in UK shaver socket and can hang portrait or landscape. The Tannon Battery (390mm x 500mm) runs on 8 AA batteries with a rocker switch, so it needs no wiring.

On the Tannon and Tannon Plus, wave your hand in front of the sensor at the bottom right to switch the lights on or off. Leave at least 150mm of clear space around it, because a nearby wall, glass screen or shiny surface can stop it working properly.

Yes. Its LEDs give a bright, clear light that's well suited to close tasks such as shaving and tweezing.

The Tannon and Tannon Plus run on mains power, so they must be connected by a qualified electrician, and our guarantee requires this. The Tannon Plus has a shaver socket, so it must be fitted outside bathroom Zone 2. The Tannon Battery needs no wiring and fixes with simple keyhole mounts.

Every Tannon mirror comes with a free 10-year guarantee when you register it online within 30 days of purchase. If you don't register, it's covered for 12 months as standard. See our guarantee page for full details.

The Tannon Plus can hang portrait or landscape. The Tannon and Tannon Battery hang portrait.

The Tannon weighs about 7.7kg and is 35mm deep, the Tannon Plus about 8.6kg and 50mm deep, and the Tannon Battery about 3.1kg and 30mm deep. Fixings for solid walls are included; for plasterboard, use fixings rated for the weight.

It's safe, but we recommend switching it off when it isn't in use.

Two-pin shaver and electric toothbrush plugs. It isn't designed for three-pin plugs or other appliances.

It's packed in protective cardboard and sent by courier. Check it as soon as it arrives, before fitting. If anything is damaged, report it within 30 days through our Returns Centre with photos and we'll put it right. Don't fit a damaged mirror.
